Yes and no. On the pricing page, we provide a guide on what fees you can expect to pay based on our years of experience. We have tried to cover various areas of your tax return. However, this is a guide only. Your actual fee may various based on your record keeping skills, communication requirements, etc.

Every client is different and so is their situation so there is no generic fix list. Please down a checklist from the resources tab to download a checklist of information to put together. You just go through the checklist and then put together supporting documents for anything applicable to you.
The ATO normally takes 14 days to process a tax return from the date of lodgement, however, we see most refunds received slightly sooner. If you haven’t received your refund within 28 days then we can speak with the ATO and find out.
Absolutely. We can deal with the ATO on your behalf as your tax agent. This may incur additional charge though for the time spent.
Secretarial/Reception Services are charged at $82.50 per hour, Bookkeeping Services are charged at $121 per hour and Accounting/Tax Services are charged at $275 per hour.
